2018 Hunterdon Hook-in

The Hunterdon County Rug Artisans Guild is sponsoring a hook-in on June 2, 2018 from 9-4 at the Banquet Hall at the firehouse in Three Bridges, NJ. The fire house is located off of the Three Bridges exit from Rte. 202 less than three miles north of the Flemington Circle. Registration for the hook-in is required. There are a few openings. Our registration form can be found on this web site.

The registration fee is $15. Walk-ins who wish to shop the vendors or view the rugs in progress are invited after 12:00 p.m. with a $10 admission fee.

Our vendors are:
Two Old Crows The Wool Farm
Diane Pearce Baskets
Susan Gonzalez Designs
Wool 'N Gardner
Wooly Dye Works
M.J. Miller (Finished Applique Items)

A food drive to Benefit the Flemington Area Food Pantry will be held from 9:00am to 11:00 AM. There will be a truck parked outside our entrance to collect the food items. A door prize ticket will be given for each dollar value of your contributions. We will have several door prizes designated for the food pantry drive. Rice, beans, laundry detergent and many staples along with gift certificates to local grocery stores are greatly appreciated. The gift certificates are used to purchase fresh foods.

Many other door prizes will be awarded throughout the day. Including four $25 gift certificates to be used at the vendors of your choice.

In addition a "Classified Board" will allow participants to post information on used rug hooking equipment that they wish to sell.

Our own Karl Gimber will be signing his book Tavern Signs: Contemporary Hooked Rugs and the Stories They Tell.
